I wish it was that simple, it&#039;s just not possible to &quot;spot reduce.&quot; What you can do, however, is lower your total body fat % and hope some of the weight comes off your stomach. What kind of foods do you eat on a daily basis? And are you on a regular exercise program?? Hope this helps and feel free to message me if you have any more questions! =)</description>

What I mean by? this is that your teaching your muscles to move in a &quot;slower&quot; manner before the workout actually begins!
